Air-bag top contact type doctor blade system to reduce abrasion of blades and ceramic roller, saving cost.

The air inlet is equipped with one-way valve to prevent effecting scraping accuracy caused by pressure change, and pressure can 

be adjusted freely to achieve the best printing performance.

The doctor blade system is equipped with segmented tiny adjustment (7 points) to suit for different detail printing on one sheet.

Adopts high wear-resistant nylon to seal chamber in the end of ceramic roller shaft and equipped with ink back-flow tank to prevent 

ink leakage.

The ink chamber is sprayed with PTFE and equipped with high pressure cleaning system (5 points) for convenient cleaning and saving time.
