Vibrating Cleaner System
The front end of the waste cleaner is equipped with a medium pressure fan, which can make the cardboard stick to the conveyor belt to run smoothly while cleaning the waste.
The main waste cleaning mechanism is composed of double vibrating waste cleaning mechanical structure, and cleaning structure
is driven by an independent motor, which can achieve better waste cleaning effect through different degrees of shaking frequency.
The rear end is equipped with cylindrical fan and a brush to make it easier to clean the shaking scraps and achieve the best effect of waste cleaning.
Slop flat belt and waste guide plate are respectively equiped under both side of cleaning system and rear end of cleaning system, help eliminating waste paper, increase cleaning efficiency.
Front-end Paper Receiving Arm
Receiving part equipped with pressing bar, medium pressure fan to make paperborad enter main shaft of waste cleaning system
smoothly.
Pneumatic control the rise and fall of receiving platform, which adapt to different die cutting height of different printing machine, easy
for assembling and disassembling of template.

Side wall
The side wall is made of 26 PCs plate, with precise hole position and high strength of body structure, which can further enhance

Bearing 轴
The main drive shaft is driven by an independent variable frequency motor. It consists of four full shafts with a concave wheel surface, divided into two upper and two lower, with a groove every 5cm on the wheel surface to make it easier to adjust belt according to board sizes, ensure special sharp carton passes and avoid damage to board.
The shaking shaft is drived by independent motor, which can be controlled independently. The speed adjustment is convenient to ensure the shaking travel.
